red dot : product design 2012 award
On Monday 2nd of July 2012 red dot award gala was held in Essen, Germany. There Duetto3 model was awarded with product design award.
The Duetto3 carpet collection received the Red Dot Design award 2012
The Duetto3 rug, based on black paper yarn, was recently granted the red dot: product design 2012 award. The Duetto rug received its first red dot award back in 1997.
Statement by the jury:
"A soft surface that is pleasant to touch as well as an excellent workmanship makes DUETTO3 suitable for every interior."

The newest design in the Hanna Korvela collection is a combination of cotton and grey paper yarn. The structure of the rug is durable but its character is gentle.
Duetto rugs are hand woven in Finland and maximum width is 3,50 m

Minore’s main characteristics are the warmth of wool and the strength of paper yarn, made of wood from Northern forests.
